Refund Policy

Digital Products
Paradise AFF L.L.C. and its portfolio companies provide digital products and services. Because access and deliverables are provided digitally and immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or work has commenced.
7-Day Cancellation Window
If you have not received any deliverable, strategy call, or written work product, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing hello@paradiseaff.com.
Recurring Retainers
Recurring retainers may be cancelled at any time with at least 30 days' written notice. The current billing period is non-refundable, but no further charges will be issued after the notice period ends.
Project-Based Work
For fixed-scope projects, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If Paradise AFF fails to deliver the agreed scope, we will first attempt to remediate; if remediation is not possible, a partial refund proportional to undelivered work may be issued at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and quickly.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@paradiseaff.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
