Terms of Service — Paradise AFF LLC

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, digital products, and services provided by Paradise AFF L.L.C. ("Paradise AFF", "we", "us", or "our") and its portfolio companies. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Paradise AFF L.L.C. is a holding company that builds, owns, and operates a portfolio of internet-native businesses. Services provided to end customers by any portfolio company are delivered digitally under that company's brand. Specific deliverables and memberships are described at the point of purchase.

3. Payment

Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring retainers are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice. All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to information, accounts, and approvals reasonably needed for us to perform the services. Delays caused by lack of access or feedback may extend timelines without penalty to Paradise AFF.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables specifically created for you. Paradise AFF retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, methodologies, and know-how, and may reuse general skills and experience gained during the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and will use such information solely to perform under these Terms.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Paradise AFF does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, ROAS, or other performance results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradise AFF L.L.C.'s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Paradise AFF in the three (3) billing periods preceding the claim. In no event will Paradise AFF be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that is not cured within 15 days of written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Paradise AFF L.L.C. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
